Service Description
In this 1:1 consult, we will discuss how a doula can assist throughout labor and delivery, birth plan, pain management options, and more. You don't have to navigate your pregnancy and birth journey alone. Our doula services provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support and encouragement throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. We focus on helping you feel informed, empowered, heard, and supported while honoring your individual birth preferences. Our support may include: Emotional support, comfort measures, birth preparation, advocacy, educational resources, and postpartum support. Doula services provide non-medical support and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Your Health and Wellness are important to us. All appointments are confirmed once initial deposit and/or balance is paid. A cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in loss of initial deposit. If you miss an appointment "no show" you forfeit your appointment and will not receive a refund.
