Due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), PeriSteam Atlanta is doing everything we can to protect you, our patients, our community and our staff.  PeriSteam Atlanta will be following guidelines of the Center of Disease Control (CDC) with regard to social distancing practices and sanitation.  In addition to adding dividers to our Dream Steam Spa area, we are following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19):

• All patients must wear a mask during the duration of the service or service will be denied.

• A maximum of 5 customers will be allowed in the facility. 

• We discourage guests accompanying scheduled patients. 

• Additional time will be scheduled in between appointments to limit patient contact.  

• Each patient is required to sanitize or wash their hands upon arrival and before departure.

• All equipment used for treatment will be cleaned, sterilized, and disinfected.

• All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each appointment, according to the manufacturer’s directions.

We ask that our patients disclose their health history, please click the button attached and answer the following questions on the COVID-19 Client Health Questionnaire prior to the start of your appointment at PeriSteam Atlanta Location.

• I do not have a pending COVID-19 test.

• I have not been diagnosed with or cared for anyone with COVID-19.

• I have not shown signs or been in close contact with anyone that is exhibiting these symptoms: COUGH, FEVER/CHILLS, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, SORE THROAT, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, FATIGUE, HEADACHE, CONGESTION, OR RUNNY NOSE, NAUSEA OR VOMITING OR DIARRHEA.

• I have not traveled outside of my immediate daily routine for the past two weeks.

• If I begin to show symptoms of COVID-19 within the next two weeks, I will contact my Peristeam Hydrotherapy practitioner.

• I will follow all posted facility rules to keep myself, my practitioner, and those around me safe.

Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19.  You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.

 

Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
