​PeriSteam Atlanta, a Holistic and Wellness practice for women, evolved from various personal experiences encountered after the lost of my mother, Clementine Shepard.  The trailblazing of this new phenomenon has given me a desire to help women globally.  My passion for this divine intervention is to create an alternative and Holistic Wellness Program with natural resources to aid in women's gynecological health.

​I felt called to assist others in this manner after I underwent a partial hysterectomy for reproductive issues. As a result, post-surgery, I began experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. Although I understood that everyone’s experience after reproductive surgery is different, regular Yoni Steaming sessions eliminated what I affectionally called ”my private summers”. So, I answered the call and set out to help others reclaim their health through various holistic practices such as Pelvic Steaming and Herbal foot detox which benefits women and men both, one person at a time.

In addition, I also educate others about the importance of certification, along with the benefits of social media marketing and the benefits of holistic living.

As the owner and founder of PeriSteam Atlanta, I am proud to say I received my PeriSteam Facilitator certification from the PeriSteam Hydrotherapist Institute, an accredited vaginal steam institute approved by the Midwifery Education Accreditation Council and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  In addition, I acquired my Professional Healthcare Instructor Certification from the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) and my Doctor of Wellness Studies honorary degree from LADC (USA).​​​​
